Hey everyone,
Our eCommerce launch offer provides a extended trial period for our newly joined community members to test the eCommerce site & functionality to test drive whether our eCommerce plan is right for them or not. All that without investing any dime upfront or without any payment commitments. With that our community members enjoyed up to 6 months of free eCommerce plan at no cost.
While this offer is too good to be true for many users; we've noticed a lot of users signing up for this free offer neither exploring the eCommerce functionalities nor comes back as there's no cost associated with this.
We saw a disturbing number of users just sign up & never logs back in! And all the outreach efforts and resources are being wasted, extensively. In order to stay focussed with our mission to empower local businesses succeed online, we've decided to focus on what's working for us! So that we can focus our efforts on double taping the growth for all our associated community members, in other meaningful ways.
- We could use such resources on creating content on educating users of unlocking growth to their online journey
- AI chatbot that serves customer orders related queries.
- Instagram comment reply automation bot to reply to specific keywords on Comments under posts or reels.
- WhatsApp Automation that sends automated notifications to users in various levels of sales funnels.
- Of course, wrote these in a short span of 2 minutes, we can do a lot more with the saved time, let's see how it goes.
To eliminate the excessive costs & outreach efforts associated with the inactive accounts we've decided to discontinue our extensive free trial for the eCommerce plan. However, based on business use cases, wherever it's sensible to do so, we might offer/extend the trial period (if we have the necessary human resources available).
If anyone is still looking for an extended trial period to explore the capabilities of the ecommerce store, feel free to reach me out at sri(at)nweb(dot)co(dot)in
Good Day,
Nibinesh Senthil Kumar.
